Piston oxygen compressor
A safety oxygen compressor used to pressurize oxygen and transport or store oxygen.
One industry is used for rough oxygen cutting, pumping 93% pure oxygen into an oxygen cylinder, and cutting scrap metal with acetylene gas.
Cylinder-filled oxygen compressors serve two purposes. One is that the hospital's PSA oxygen generator needs to be pressurized to supply various wards and operating rooms, providing a pipeline pressure of 7-10 kg, and the other is to store PSA oxygen. The high-pressure container is easy to move and use, and the storage pressure is usually 100barg, 150barg, 200barg or higher 300barg pressure.
The cylinder filled oxygen compressor is suitable for inlet pressure 3-4barg (40-60psig) and discharge pressure 150barg (2150psig)
The small PSA oxygen generation system, with a displacement of 4-12NM3/hour, provides clean oxygen filling services for communities and small island hospitals. It can run continuously for 24 hours. It is recommended to fill up to 10 bottles at a time.
Features
Four-stage compression, each stage is equipped with a safety valve, the intake port is equipped with low intake pressure protection, the exhaust end is equipped with high exhaust pressure protection, and each stage has a temperature sensor. If over-temperature and over-pressure, the system will alarm and stop to ensure safe operation, small size, light weight, the bottom forklift parking position, can be easily moved.
